Orders, shipping, and how creators get on the store.

How long does shipping take?

Everything is made to order. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, then 3 to 8 days in transit. Tracking arrives by email when it ships.

Is this official merch?

Yes. Every design is creator-approved and sold by Mythic Talent, their agency. A share of every order goes to the creator.

Can I return or exchange?

Each item is printed for you, so returns are for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 30 days. Send your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right.

I’m a Mythic creator. How do I get my merch here?

Talk to your talent manager or use the Creator Inquiries page. We handle design approval, listing, fulfillment, and payouts.

I’m not on the roster. Can I still launch merch with you?

Yes. We work with creators outside our roster too. Use the Creator Inquiries page and tell us about your brand and community.
